Don’t use them! Lost or stole our stored items

We used ‘west london removals‘ two times and last time we have rented a storage with them for some furniture and few boxes with personal stuff. After two years we payed for the storage(£75p/m) but one box and a lamp were missing. We also got a box back that was not even ours. They deny everything and only say that we are too late to report anything and they don’t even try to find the missing item nor are they interested to get the box back that belongs to a different client. They say that they have the right to dispose anything they want after one month. We asked them to check again and if they want the box back that clearly is from another client and they say that the case is closed and they are not interested. Because of covid we were unable to check the items earlier and hence only realised later that they were not there. However the truth is that they didn’t deliver all of our goods from the beginning and were not interested in helping us and try locating them. Unreliable, dishonest, careless and lastly rude. Do not use their service!
